Whys no one been on lately?

I've just been noticing that the past couple days no ones really been on. whats up with that?

I just joined...its kind of dead, I've only seen two others online.

its usually not this dead. idk whats going on but it needs to change soon or else i'll be leaving.

its been dead lately , hopefully it goes back to normal soon ^>^ i miss my old friends

i think i might know
the main problem is probably the compose rates and star limit
compose rates are fine but, 2-3 days composing and the star limit is maxed,
then after that there is not much to do, there are barely any quests or events,
and i dont think anyone really knows what time the server is running on,
