Unmountable Mount Empty

As I was making a new mount IcyUnicorn,
the pet was mountable from 10*,
but when it got to 35* after turning thunder,
it was no longer mountable,
it is now 51* and still unmountable,
i have relogged a few times but still does not work,
i can summon and unsummon it, but that is all.
